These terms apply when you register for an event run by Agathis Foundation.

Registration

Your registration is confirmed once payment is received and you have the confirmation email with your registration number. Seats are limited and are given in the order registrations arrive. Each event page shows its closing date; after that the form stops accepting entries.

Accurate details

Please check the names, ages and performance details before submitting — they are used to plan the programme. Email us with your registration number if something needs correcting.

Entry fee

The entry fee is $50 per participant, in US dollars, paid through PayPal at the time of registering. Three participants cost $150. A place is not held before payment.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel [14] days or more before the event for a full refund. After that, [no refund is given]. Email us with your registration number to cancel. If we cancel an event, you get a full refund or a place at the new date — your choice.

Changes to an event

We may need to change the date, time, or venue. We will email everyone registered as soon as we can, and you may cancel for a full refund if the new date does not suit you.

At the event

Participants under 18 must be registered by, and remain the responsibility of, a parent, guardian, or teacher. We may ask anyone whose behaviour disrupts the event or endangers others to leave, without a refund.

Photography

Our events may be photographed or filmed, and we may use those pictures on our website and social media. Tell us in writing before the event if you or your child should not appear.

Our responsibility

We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged at a venue, or for travel costs if an event changes. Where our liability can be limited by law, it is limited to the entry fee you paid.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, and support our education programmes and artist opportunities.
